Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 30, 2026 Last Updated: October 18, 2026 Version: 3.0
These Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trimsy mobile application and related services. By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Parties and Scope
1.1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between Supastack Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Supastack", "Trimsy", "we", "us", or "our"), whose details appear below, and the natural or legal person using the Service ("User", "you").
| Company | Supastack Teknoloji Limited Şirketi |
| Product | Trimsy |
| Website | https://trimsy.co |
| Address | Esentepe Mh. Talatpaşa Cd. No:5/1, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye |
| Contact | support@trimsy.co (general and data protection) |
1.2. Scope of the Agreement
These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the use of the Trimsy application, the website, and all features, content, and digital services offered through them (together, the "Service"). Trimsy is a business management application for professional pet groomers; groomers use Trimsy to manage their appointments, customers, pet records, and daily operations.
1.3. Acceptance of the Agreement
Registering for the Service, creating an account, or using the Service means you accept these Terms electronically. Your acceptance remains in effect for as long as you use the Service.
1.4. Definition of User
The User is the person who uses the Service on their own behalf or on behalf of a business they represent. If you use Trimsy on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that business's behalf, and "you" refers to both you and that business.
1.5. Legal Eligibility and Capacity
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Trimsy.
- The Service is offered for professional and business use only; it is not a consumer product.
- Trimsy is not intended for use by pet owners or the general public.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide when registering.
1.6. Amendment and Updating of the Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the version number and the "Last Updated" date, and we may require you to review and accept the updated Terms within the app before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In short: Trimsy is provided by Supastack and is only for professional businesses whose users are 18 or older. Creating an account or using the app means you accept these Terms, which may be updated from time to time.
2. Scope of the Services
2.1. General Description
Trimsy is a cloud-based mobile application that provides digital services designed to simplify the User's management of appointments, customers, pets, and business operations.
2.2. Software Services
The Service includes business management tools, including: appointment and calendar management; customer and pet records; pricing, notes, and photos; daily operation dashboards; reminders and notifications; and payment links for collecting deposits or appointment payments from your customers. The features offered may be improved, changed, or removed over time.
2.3. Membership Plans and Features
2.3.1. General Information
Trimsy offers a Free plan with usage limits, and paid Solo and Business plans that unlock additional features and remove those limits. Current plan features and limits are shown in the app and on our website.
2.3.2. Plans and Prices
Launch subscription prices are:
| Plan | Price (monthly) |
|---|---|
| Free | ₺0 |
| Solo | ₺1,590 (VAT included) |
| Business | ₺1,890 (VAT included) |
The monthly prices listed above include VAT (KDV). The price shown by the app store at the time of purchase governs.
2.3.3. Common Features
Core business features such as appointment, customer, and pet management are available on all plans. Solo unlocks higher limits, automated WhatsApp messages, reporting, loyalty rewards, and the AI features. Business also adds team members and role management. The current feature list is shown in the plan comparison in the app.
2.3.4. Free Plan Terms
The Free plan may be used indefinitely and works with these limits: unlimited customers and pets; up to 30 appointments a month; up to 10 photos per pet; contact import without AI only, up to 50 contacts at a time; messages to your customers sent from your own WhatsApp; and the workspace can be used by the business owner only. The AI features (voice assistant, AI contact import), automated WhatsApp messages, the monthly report, and loyalty rewards are not available on the Free plan. The current limits are shown in the plan comparison in the app. Fair-use principles for resource-intensive features are set out in Section 3.5.
2.3.5. Plan Changes and Upgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades generally take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Billing and auto-renewal terms are set out in Section 7.
2.3.6. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions are sold as auto-renewing in-app subscriptions. All billing, charging, free period, and cancellation terms are governed by Section 7 (Pricing and Billing).
2.3.7. Updating or Removing Plans
We may change the plan structure, feature set, and usage limits. Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice (see Section 7.9).
2.4. AI-Assisted Features
Trimsy includes optional AI-assisted features — currently a voice assistant and AI-assisted contact import — powered by Google's Gemini API (Google LLC, USA) as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The voice assistant only reads your records: it answers your questions, opens the relevant record, or can open a prefilled appointment form for you. It never creates, changes, or cancels an appointment or any other record itself; you review the form and save it.
- AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review AI-generated results before relying on them.
- AI features are provided as a convenience and may be changed, limited, or discontinued.
2.5. Messaging and Notification Services
The Service may provide WhatsApp, SMS, and push-notification tools for sending reminders and information to your customers. The messaging infrastructure operates through Twilio and the relevant platform providers. You alone are responsible for having a valid legal basis or the required consent to message your customers, and for complying with messaging-platform rules (see Section 3.4). Campaign, discount, or promotional messages (commercial electronic messages) require your customer's prior consent; in Turkey, the obligations under Law No. 6563, including registering those consents in the Message Management System (İYS), are yours. Trimsy sends no marketing messages to your customers on its own behalf.
2.6. Technical Requirements and Access
Access to the Service requires a compatible mobile device, an up-to-date operating system version, and an internet connection. You are responsible for your internet access and the suitability of your device.
2.6.1. Supported Devices and App Stores
Trimsy is offered as iOS and Android applications distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of Trimsy through those stores is also subject to those stores' respective terms of service.
2.7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service relies on third-party providers, including the Apple App Store and Google Play, Google (Gemini AI), Twilio (messaging), iyzico (customer payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (website, link pages, and photo backups), PostHog (product analytics), and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms; subject to Section 9.13, we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
2.8. Limits of Responsibility
The Service is offered as a tool to help you run your business. Decisions about your business are yours; we do not guarantee that the Service will produce any particular outcome, revenue, or earnings.
2.9. Updating and Improving the Services
We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable advance notice.
2.10. Continuity of the Services
2.10.1. Force Majeure
We cannot be held responsible for any interruption, delay, or disruption to the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, cyber-attacks, infrastructure or power outages, decisions of public authorities, or failures of third-party providers.
2.10.2. Service Level (No SLA)
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not offer a service-level (SLA) or uptime commitment. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" (see Section 9).
2.11. Support and Communication
You may send support requests to support@trimsy.co or through in-app channels. We aim to respond to support within a reasonable time but do not commit to a specific response or resolution time. Correspondence you share with us for support purposes may be recorded to resolve your request and improve our service quality.
2.12. Regional Scope of the Services
Trimsy is provided from Türkiye and is intended for global use. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with the applicable law of the country in which you are located.
In short: Trimsy provides appointment, customer, pet, and messaging management plus optional AI tools. There are Free, Solo, and Business plans. The app is distributed through the App Store and Google Play; no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular outcome is given.
3. Terms of Use
3.1. Account Creation and Security
To use the Service you must create a user account. Your account is personal and specific to your business.
3.1.1. Password and Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@trimsy.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms, and to ensure that the information you enter is accurate, current, and lawful.
3.3. Team Members and Access Permissions
If you invite team members to your workspace, you are responsible for their use of the Service and for ensuring they comply with these Terms. The access levels and permissions you assign to team members are your responsibility to configure appropriately.
3.4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection, consumer-protection, tax, and electronic-communications law;
- send messages to your customers without a lawful basis or required consent, or send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages (spam);
- upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service;
- use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others;
- misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.
3.5. Fair Use Principle
To protect the Service and control costs, we may set and enforce reasonable technical limits, rate limits, and spend caps on usage of resource-intensive features (including AI and messaging). We may adjust these limits and will aim to do so in a way that does not disrupt legitimate use. We may temporarily restrict your access where these limits are abused.
3.6. Licence and Usage Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Trimsy on devices you own or control, solely to operate your grooming business. This licence is conditional on your compliance with these Terms and grants you no other rights in the Service.
3.7. Account Transfer and Authorization
You may not transfer, rent, or sublicense your account or your rights under these Terms to third parties without our prior written consent.
3.8. Account Closure and Data Retention
You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel your subscription through the app store, and delete your account from within the app. After account closure, deletion and retention of your data are handled as described in Section 8 and the Privacy Policy.
3.9. Consequences of Breach
If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access depending on the nature of the breach (see Section 8.3). Liability arising from the breach is yours.
In short: You are responsible for your account security and your team's use. Spam, unlawful use, and unauthorized access are prohibited; fair-use limits apply to resource-intensive features.
4. Appointments, Messaging, and Payment Links
4.1. General Scope
Trimsy provides digital infrastructure for you to offer appointments to your own customers, communicate with them, and — if you choose — collect payments from them. In these transactions, you are the party to the service provided, the prices you set, and the relationship with your customers; Trimsy only provides the enabling technology.
4.2. Creating and Managing Appointments
You are responsible for creating and keeping current your appointments, service definitions, durations, and availability configurations. Fulfilling your commitments to your customers is your obligation.
4.3. Payment Links and Payment Infrastructure
Where you collect deposits or appointment payments from your customers, those payments are processed in Turkey by our payment provider, iyzico. These payments are entirely separate from your Trimsy subscription, which is billed through the App Store or Google Play, and are subject to iyzico's terms.
4.4. Partial or Full Payment and Deposits
Whether you request advance, partial (deposit), or full payment from your customers is your choice. You are responsible for clearly and accurately communicating the payment, refund, and deposit terms you apply to your customers.
4.5. Cancellation, Change, and Refund Policy
Policies for appointment cancellation, changes, and refunds to your customers are between you and your customers. Setting and applying these policies is your sole responsibility; Trimsy is not a party to that relationship.
4.6. Invoicing and Tax Obligations
Invoicing, tax reporting, and all other financial and legal obligations relating to payments you collect from your customers are yours.
4.7. Legal Relationship Between the User and Their Customers
The quality of the services you provide, customer complaints, and any dispute between you and your customers are solely your responsibility. Trimsy is not a party, arbiter, or guarantor in those disputes.
4.8. Customer Data and Privacy
You are the data controller for the customer and pet data you process through Trimsy. Collecting and processing that data lawfully is your obligation (see Section 6).
4.9. Limitation of Liability
Because Trimsy is not a party to the transactions, payments, or services between you and your customers, it cannot be held responsible for claims arising from those transactions.
In short: The appointment and payment tools are yours; you are solely responsible for your customer relationships, prices, refunds, and taxes. Payment links are processed by iyzico and are separate from your Trimsy subscription.
5. Intellectual Property and Licence Terms
5.1. General Principle
The Trimsy application, its design, software, source code, database structure, interfaces, trademarks, and all content we provide (excluding Your Content) are owned by Supastack or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.
5.2. Supastack's Protected Elements
The "Trimsy" and "Supastack" names, logos, and related marks belong to Supastack. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
5.3. Content Uploaded by the User
You own the data you enter into Trimsy — your customer records, pet records, appointments, pricing, notes, and uploaded photos ("Your Content"). You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and content of Your Content.
5.4. Use and Licence of Content
You grant Supastack a limited licence to host, process, store, transmit, and back up Your Content solely to provide and support the Service. This licence is limited to the scope necessary to provide the Service.
5.5. Software, Source Code, and Technical Infrastructure
Except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service, reverse engineer or decompile its source code, resell, sublicense, or use it to build a competing product.
5.6. Feedback and Suggestions
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation to you.
5.7. Third-Party Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual-property, personality, or personal-data rights of third parties. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to store and process.
5.8. Backup and Deletion of User Content
We keep backups for resilience, but you are responsible for retaining your own copies of business-critical records. See the Privacy Policy for data retention and deletion details.
5.9. Brand Use and Unauthorized Copying
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or public use of Trimsy's content and elements is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of intellectual-property rights.
In short: The app and its brand are ours; the data you enter is yours. You grant only a limited licence for us to provide the Service to you. Copying the software, reverse engineering it, or using our brand without permission is prohibited.
6. Data Privacy and Security
6.1. General Principle
Supastack values the protection of the personal data of users and of users' customers. How we handle personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy and our KVKK Notice.
6.2. No Sale or Commercial Sharing of Data
We do not sell, rent, or commercially share your data or your customers' data with third parties for advertising purposes.
6.2.1. Mandatory Transfer Exception for Technical Service Providers
Transfer of data to third parties occurs only to the extent technically necessary to provide the Service (for example, payment processing, message delivery, cloud hosting, or AI processing). The data processors we use are listed in the Privacy Policy.
6.3. Data Processing Roles
You are the data controller for the customer and pet data you enter, and Supastack acts as your data processor for that data. Processing is carried out in compliance with the KVKK and applicable data-protection law. The details of this relationship are set out in the Data Processing Addendum in Section 11.
6.4. Data Security Measures
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.4.1. Data Loss and Backup Responsibility
We keep backups for resilience; nevertheless, taking your own copies of business-critical data is your responsibility.
6.5. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide the Service, we use data processors such as payment (iyzico), messaging (Twilio), email (Resend), AI (Google Gemini), product analytics (PostHog), and cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Cloudflare) providers. Because some of these providers are located abroad, the Service requires transferring data outside Türkiye. The countries where these providers are located and the legal basis for cross-border transfer under Article 9 of the KVKK are set out in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy and in the KVKK Notice.
6.6. User and Data-Subject Rights
Rights relating to personal data and how to exercise them are described in the Privacy Policy. Responding to your customers' requests regarding their data-protection rights is your obligation as the data controller (for our support with this, see Section 11.6). You can download all your data (JSON + photos, as a ZIP) at any time from Settings › Backup.
6.7. Data Retention Period
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to the extent required by applicable law (in particular Turkish tax and commercial law). Retention and deletion details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
6.8. Data Breach
In the event of a breach affecting the security of personal data, we will make the notifications required by applicable law. Our notice to you of a breach affecting customer data is set out in Section 11.7.
6.9. User Responsibility
You are responsible for having a valid legal basis to collect and process the personal data of your customers and to send them messages through the Service.
In short: We do not sell your data; we share it only with the providers necessary to run the service. You are the controller of customer data and we are your processor. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Pricing and Billing
7.1. General Principle
Our pricing policies are based on transparency. Current prices and plan limits are shown in the app and on our website.
7.2. Membership Plans and Pricing
The paid Solo and Business plans are billed monthly at the prices in Section 2.3.2. The prices displayed in the app store at the time of purchase govern your transaction and may differ due to store currency conversion, regional pricing, or taxes.
7.3. Payment Method and Collection
Paid subscriptions are sold as auto-renewing in-app subscriptions and are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, which acts as the merchant of record for those purchases. Your payment details are processed by the relevant store; Trimsy does not see or store your card details.
7.4. Free Period
Each new business receives a 30-day free period during which all features of the Service are available; the fair-use principles for resource-intensive features in Section 3.5 also apply during this period. No payment card is requested for the free period, and nothing renews or is charged automatically when it ends. The free period is granted once per business.
When the free period ends, the business continues on the Free plan unless you purchase a Solo or Business plan in the app. A paid plan purchased in the app is a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play and is governed by this Section 7 and by the terms of the relevant app store. Nothing in your data is deleted, archived, or changed at this point, and your existing records stay visible. The Free plan limits (see Section 2.3.4) apply to records added from then on: for example, no more than 30 appointments can be created in a month, and no more than 10 photos can be uploaded per pet. Features specific to paid plans (AI, automated WhatsApp messages, the monthly report, loyalty rewards) are switched off. Team members' access to the workspace is suspended until you move to a plan that supports a team (Business); their memberships are not deleted and come back without a new invitation when you move to such a plan.
7.5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
7.6. Grace Period
If a subscription payment fails, we may maintain your access for a limited grace period (as provided by the app store, currently up to 16 days) while the store retries payment. If payment is not resolved, your account reverts to the Free plan and paid features become unavailable.
7.7. Refunds
Because paid subscriptions are billed by the app stores, refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's refund policies, not by Supastack directly. We do not control and cannot issue app-store refunds.
7.8. Taxes
The monthly prices listed in Section 2.3.2 include VAT (KDV). Taxes applied to your subscription are calculated under the rules the app store sets for your region.
7.9. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices or plan features. We will give reasonable advance notice of a price increase to an existing subscription, and any change takes effect at your next renewal. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price; if you do not accept it, cancel before the change takes effect.
7.10. Right of Withdrawal and Consumer Rights
Trimsy is offered for professional and business use. To the extent mandatory consumer law applies, withdrawal and refund requests for digital subscription services are handled according to the policies of the app stores acting as merchant of record. Any mandatory rights you have by law are reserved.
In short: Each new business starts with a 30-day free period with no card requested and no automatic charge, then continues on the Free plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, with up to a 16-day grace period. Refunds are subject to the stores' policies. If you do not cancel, the subscription renews automatically.
8. Termination and End of the Agreement
8.1. Term of the Agreement
This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the Service. Paid subscriptions renew periodically, based on the plan you choose, until cancelled.
8.2. Termination and Account Deletion by the User
You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel your subscription in the app store, and delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
8.3. Termination and Suspension by Supastack
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice.
8.4. Status of Your Data After Termination
On termination, your licence to use the Service ends. Deletion and retention of your data — including the recoverable grace period, genuine erasure of personal data, and the limited financial records we must keep to comply with Turkish tax and commercial law — are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8.5. Notice of Termination
Termination or suspension will, where practical, be communicated to you by in-app notice or email.
8.6. Force Majeure
If force majeure events continue beyond a reasonable period, either party has the right to terminate the Agreement (see Section 2.10.1).
8.7. Surviving Provisions
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (in particular Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11) survive.
8.8. Re-Registration
After closing your account, you may register again by accepting the then-current Terms. Recovery of data from your previous account may be carried out within retention periods and to the extent technically possible.
In short: You can cancel and delete your account at any time. If you breach the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Post-termination data deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitations of Liability and Warranties
9.1. General Principle
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2. Service Continuity and Access
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet all your requirements. We are not responsible for access problems caused by your internet connection, device, or operating system.
9.3. Data Loss and System Failures
Although we take reasonable technical measures, we cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by matters beyond our control, such as force majeure or third-party infrastructure failures (see Section 6.4.1). This section applies subject to the exceptions in Section 9.13.
9.4. Messaging Delivery Services
Delivery, delay, or rejection of messaging services such as WhatsApp, SMS, and email is the responsibility of the relevant platforms and carriers; we are not responsible for disruptions in those services.
9.5. Payment Transactions
Delays, errors, or failures in transactions carried out through the payment provider (iyzico) or the app stores are the responsibility of those providers.
9.6. AI Output
The output of AI-assisted features may be inaccurate or incomplete. Supastack is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output (see Section 2.4).
9.7. Third-Party Integrations
We are not responsible for the third-party providers' own acts or omissions. However, our use of these providers does not remove our own responsibility under applicable law when we process your data (see Section 9.13).
9.8. Force Majeure
We cannot be held responsible for impossibility of performance or delays arising from force majeure events.
9.9. Exclusion of Indirect Damages
Subject to the exceptions in Section 9.13 and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supastack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service.
9.10. Cap on Liability
Subject to the exceptions in Section 9.13 and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supastack's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period, or (b) ₺1,000 (or its equivalent).
9.11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supastack from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your relationship with, or messages to, your own customers.
9.12. Reservation of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under Turkish mandatory consumer or data-protection law.
9.13. Exceptions to the Limitations of Liability
The limitations and exclusions in Sections 9.3, 9.7, 9.9, and 9.10 do not apply to:
- damage caused by our intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Article 115);
- any liability of ours that cannot be limited or excluded by law;
- our liability for breach of our data-security obligations under Article 12 of the KVKK.
Our use of third-party service providers does not remove our own responsibility under applicable law.
In short: The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid or ₺1,000. Intent, gross negligence, cases that cannot be limited by law, and our data-security obligations under the KVKK fall outside these limits. Your mandatory legal rights are reserved.
10. Dispute Resolution and Competent Court
10.1. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
10.2. Primary Resolution (Amicable Settlement)
The parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution in good faith through support@trimsy.co before resorting to legal proceedings in the event of a dispute. Upon a party's written request, we will respond within a reasonable time (as a rule, within 10 business days) and make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute. Exhausting this path is not a precondition to the legal remedies below.
10.3. Competent Courts and Enforcement Offices
For users who are consumers: If you use Trimsy as a consumer within the meaning of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), you retain the right to bring your disputes before the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your place of residence or the place of the transaction, within the applicable monetary thresholds; this right cannot be limited or waived by these Terms.
For other users: Under Article 17 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (Law No. 6100), a jurisdiction agreement can only be made between merchants or public legal entities. For users who meet those conditions, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Where this jurisdiction agreement is not legally valid, the competent court and enforcement office are determined by the general statutory rules on jurisdiction.
10.4. Evidence Agreement
The parties agree that, in disputes arising from this Agreement, Supastack's books, records, servers, and electronic records (including log records) may be used as evidence within the framework of Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (Law No. 6100). The User's right to present evidence against these records is reserved.
10.5. Language of the Agreement
These Terms are prepared in Turkish as the governing language, and this English text is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict between versions, the Turkish version prevails.
10.6. Entire Agreement
These Terms (including the Data Processing Addendum in Section 11), together with the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Notice, and the Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Supastack regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
10.7. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
10.8. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
10.9. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
10.10. Notices and Contact
Questions about these Terms:
- General and support: support@trimsy.co
- Data protection: support@trimsy.co
- Postal: Supastack Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, Esentepe Mh. Talatpaşa Cd. No:5/1, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye
11. Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum ("Addendum") forms an integral part of these Terms with respect to the processing of the customer data you enter into the Service.
11.1. Roles and Instructions
For the customer, pet, appointment, message, and photo data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"), your business is the data controller and Supastack is the data processor. Supastack processes Customer Data only on your instructions. Your instructions are these Terms, your use of the features and settings of the Service, and any additional instructions you give us in writing. If we believe an instruction breaches applicable data-protection law, we will tell you.

We will update this list and notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before adding a new sub-processor. If you object to the change, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
11.4. Confidentiality
We bind our employees and contractors who access Customer Data to confidentiality, and we limit access to the people who need it to provide the Service.
11.5. Security Measures
We apply at least the following measures to protect Customer Data: encryption of data in transit with TLS 1.2+; encryption of data at rest; strict isolation between businesses through Row-Level Security (RLS); secure on-device storage of authentication credentials; access to production systems restricted to authorized personnel; regular backups.
11.6. Help with Data-Subject Requests
We help you respond to your customers' requests under Article 11 of the KVKK (information, correction, deletion, and similar) through the features of the Service (viewing, correcting, and archiving records, and exporting from Settings › Backup) and with reasonable additional support. If one of your customers sends a request directly to us, we will forward it to you.
11.7. Breach Notification
When we become aware of a personal data breach affecting Customer Data, we will notify you without undue delay, share the information we have at that time, and help you with the notifications you must make to the Board and to the data subjects.
11.8. Deletion or Return at Termination
Before deleting your account, you can download all Customer Data from Settings › Backup (return). When the account is deleted, Customer Data is deleted within the periods described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy: permanently from active systems after the 14-day recoverable grace period, and from backups within the periods stated there. Financial records we are legally required to keep are outside this deletion.
11.9. Audit and Information
On reasonable written request, we will provide you with the information needed to show that we comply with this Addendum. If that information is not sufficient, we will allow an audit with reasonable advance notice, at most once a year, in a way that does not put the confidentiality of our other customers' data or the security of our systems at risk; the audit costs are yours.
11.10. Your Obligations
You are responsible for informing your customers about the processing of their personal data (KVKK Article 10), obtaining explicit consent or commercial-message consent where required, and entering Customer Data into the Service lawfully.
11.11. Cross-Border Transfer
Some sub-processors are located abroad. The legal basis for cross-border transfer and the countries involved are set out in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service should be read together with the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Notice, and the Cookie Policy.
